These terms cover use of Malvern House Removals’s website and the sending of an enquiry. They are not a substitute for a written quotation or a confirmed booking.

Enquiries

A form submission is a request for information, not a booking. Any price or date discussed after an enquiry needs to be confirmed in writing before it is relied on. Access, volume and contents can change the work.

Information you provide

Quotes depend on the details you give. Stairs, parking, lofts, heavy items and belongings that are not moving should be mentioned. If the job on the day is materially different from the enquiry, the work may need to be re-quoted or declined.

Services not assumed

Packing, storage, commercial removals, same-day attendance and furniture dismantling are not treated as standard unless they have been agreed. The website does not invent those capabilities.
