A common Malvern job is not a full move or a full empty. It is both: the furniture that fits the next house travels, and the rest leaves the property so it is not sitting in a room until “later”.
Two piles, one booking
House removals take belongings you are keeping to another address. House clearance takes belongings you are not keeping away from the property. Asking for both on the same day is not a special offer. It is the honest description of a house that is only half coming with you.
The quote form has a category for this: Removal + Clearance. Destination postcode is required because something is travelling. What is not travelling still needs a list, or at least rooms that are already decided.

What happens to the pile that is not moving
It is not automatically waste. Sound furniture can often be reused or sold on. Wood, metal and some electricals can be separated. What remains is handled as waste, which is why waste-carrier registration matters for that part of the day. The order is written out on eco-friendly house clearance.

Questions people ask
Do I need two bookings if I am moving and clearing?
Not if you ask for Removal + Clearance. We still need to know which pile is which. Mixing them on the day without a list is how a quoted move becomes two jobs.
What if I have not finished deciding what to keep?
Say so on the form. A job can wait until keepers are identified, or we can work from rooms that are already decided and leave others untouched. An executor or someone downsizing should not be rushed into treating sentimental items as waste.
